A short guide on how to use the course, navigate the lessons and get the most from the materials. This course is made up of 44 lessons that you should follow in order so you can build your pronunciation skills step by step. Each lesson has the same clear structure: an introduction, ‘Words Only’ practice, ‘Phrases Only’ practice and optional exercises. You’ll listen and repeat after the audio, use the PDFs to see the spellings and IPA symbols and follow the transcripts if you want to check every sound. The course becomes more challenging as you progress, so the early lessons are essential even if they feel easy.
All materials are built into the course pages, including long audio tracks you can use while doing other tasks. You can view everything on your computer or phone, and printing the PDFs can make the lessons easier to follow. This video simply shows you how to move through the lessons and how to make the best use of the tools and resources provided.
